General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl296 ("jl296," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl296.cam. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jl296 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jl296 from any location within the Philippines — including but not limited to Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and all other provinces and municipalities. Players accessing jl296 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jl296 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. jl296 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Eligible Players

To register and maintain an account on jl296, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts);
• You are accessing jl296 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jl296 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from jl296 or from PAGCOR's national exclusion registry;
• You have not previously had an account closed by jl296 for a violation of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with jl296, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You warrant that all information provided is true and you undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

jl296 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time by requesting documentation including, but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with jl296. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jl296 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl296 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl296 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl296 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify jl296 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jl296 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending any outstanding bonus wagering requirements and the completion of KYC verification, jl296 will process any remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately with priority.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl296 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payment. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 4.2 Player Funds

All player funds deposited with jl296 are held in segregated accounts separate from jl296's operational funds. This arrangement ensures that player funds are protected in the event of jl296's insolvency. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. jl296 does not charge fees on standard deposits; fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Before any withdrawal can be processed, jl296 requires completion of KYC identity verification. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP Gold tier and above members are eligible for same-day processing where the request is submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a business day. jl296 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jl296 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are published on the promotion page and in the jl296 Promotions section.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jl296 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion based on factors including account standing, VIP tier, deposit history, and geographic location. Players who have previously abused bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion — may be excluded from future promotional offers.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all bonus credits and associated winnings must be wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings will be removed from your account at the end of the validity period. jl296 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the jl296 platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with their respective published game rules. Each game's rules are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed game result and the outcome calculated by jl296's certified server, the server result shall prevail.

jl296 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted from regulated studios with professional dealers operating under PAGCOR-approved procedures. Sports betting odds are determined by jl296's trading team and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

jl296 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including but not limited to bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, bets placed on events with known outcomes, or bets placed due to technical malfunction. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl296 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with jl296 games;
• Engaging in or attempting to engage in any form of collusion with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the jl296 platform;
• Registering or maintaining an account on behalf of a minor or another person;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jl296 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jl296's software or systems;
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple first-deposit bonuses or other one-time promotions.

Data & Privacy

jl296 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is further governed by the jl296 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jl296 is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, compliance with legal obligations (including AMLC reporting requirements), and the provision and improvement of jl296 services. jl296 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Sharing with regulated third parties — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and PAGCOR — occurs only as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl296 and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl296 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

jl296's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's jl296 account at the time the claim arises. jl296 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

jl296 shall not be liable for failures, delays, or interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or industrial action.

Termination

jl296 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; detection of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; failure to meet minimum deposit activity requirements over an extended period; or requirements imposed by PAGCOR regulation or court order.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited at jl296's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to account management, bonus terms, game outcomes, payments, or account closure — shall be first submitted to jl296 customer support for resolution through jl296's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, players may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority. Players retain the right to seek resolution through courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines if regulatory mediation is unsuccessful.

Amendments to These Terms

jl296 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter player rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at jl296.cam/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jl296 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
